Jeanne HerbertPhone: (713) 817-6470
E-mail: [email protected] My name is Jeanne Herbert. It was my own personal search to find optimal fitness that led me to become a Personal Trainer. I came to Next Level fitness in 2004 as a mother of two who was determined to get back in shape. I love working out - weight training, cardio, boot camps – anything physical that pushes me and makes me sweat! What I didn’t love and wasn’t willing to believe was that diet would play a HUGE role in my overall success or failure. After four years of hard work that brought me close to my goal I bit the bullet and decided to overhaul my eating habits as everyone at Next Level had been encouraging me to do. That decision made all the difference and I was able to find the fitness level that I thought was out of reach. |
